Can I participate from another city or country?
Yes. You can book from anywhere — the offering is performed on your behalf and your video is shared on WhatsApp and in My bookings. Prasad delivery is currently available to addresses in India.
When will I receive my video?
Within 2–3 days after the event, through WhatsApp and My bookings. Diya videos include the dedication name being called out; puja bookings include the full puja video with participant names.
Can I cancel or request a refund?
Yes. Send cancellation requests at least one day before the event. See our refund policy for full details.
