Cancellation & refunds

Bhakti Aangan is operated by Zbullet Enterprises Limited. Contact us about your booking at support@openpebble.in.

Before the ceremony

Send cancellation or correction requests at least one day before the event. We can discuss a different package or available date; eligible refunds are available if you decline rescheduling. Same-day requests depend on preparations already made.

Service issues

Report an omitted or mispronounced name, a ceremony we could not perform, or missing promised video within seven days of the event or video delivery, as applicable. We will investigate and offer repeat fulfilment or a full refund for a verified service failure.

Duplicate payments

Tell us before the event if you booked or paid twice. Extra payments are refunded after verification.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Bank processing can affect when the credit appears.

If disruption prevents an event, we offer a refund or an available alternative. Your legal consumer rights remain unaffected.
